MiniTool Partition Wizard Steps

Step 1: Download & Install MiniTool Partition Wizard

Download the free version from the official MiniTool Partition Wizard site and install it on your computer.

Step 2: Connect Your Pen Drive

Plug in your USB drive and make sure it appears in This PC.

Step 3: Launch MiniTool & Select Drive

Locate your USB drive in the disk list. Right-click and select Create Partition (or Delete existing partitions to start fresh).

Step 4: Configure Partition Size & File System

Choose partition size, file system (NTFS / FAT32 / exFAT), drive letter, and click OK.

Step 5: Apply Changes

Click Apply in the top-left corner to commit the partition layout changes.
